Previously, Im Sommerwind was the only often-heard pre-Op.1. work - especially the severely rigorous tonal piano pieces M112 and M 114, and the String Quartet M 79. Check the string quartet 1905! Major treasures. Indisputably the kewlest torrent ever.

Over two years since this was upped: I still need to say thank you. I've been listening to this constantly for some time: Webern is like Finnegans Wake transposed into music by Shostakovich, back into English (?) by Anthony Burgess and then back into music by ... well ... Webern.
